Temperature was in the high 90s.  Took several days to produce this crack.  No, this was not done with a new ball, but it will work on even the newest balls.  Tried to pry the halves apart with a couple of big screwdrivers to no avail.  <\/p>\n<p>On the opposite end, I left a ball that had been plugged in the trunk of my car in Colorado on a night when the temperature reached -26 degrees Fahrenheit.
